This privacy policy applies to the DigiQCs app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Plodding Tech (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application uses this information to:

  • Firebase Authentication – to securely authenticate internal users

  • Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database – to store inspection data and reports

  • Firebase Storage – to upload and retrieve inspection images

  • Firebase Crashlytics – to monitor app stability

  • Google Play Services – for Android API functionality

These services adhere to their own privacy policies and only collect data necessary for the Application to function.

Data Disclosure

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

  • As required by law, such as subpoenas or legal processes

  • To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud

All shared data is either anonymized or strictly required for app functionality.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Standard uninstall procedures of your mobile device or app marketplace may be used.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact techploding@gmail.com, and the request will be handled in a timely manner.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted. Parents or guardians can contact techploding@gmail.com to request deletion of their child’s data.

Security

The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your data. All data transmitted and stored is secured.
